IT Services – Data Extracts/Imports/Automation

HTC offers two main Data Extract/Import and Archiving/Retrieval options. The first is the Data Extracts/Imports from a client’s legacy EHR system into PCC. The second is the HTC Data Archiving and Retrieval System (DARS) that offers data extraction, archiving and retrieval capabilities for data that cannot be imported into PCC. DARS allows organizations to permanently sunset their legacy EHR system when they convert to PCC. Both options and services are outlined below.

• Scanned Images/Attachments (i.e., Labs, Admissions Information, etc.) and documents can be extracted and imported into PCC using HTC custom scripts and tools.
• HTC can provide an automated script to load the On-Line Census (OLC’s) into PCC.
• Resident Photos: Using an automated program, HTC can also import resident photos for all in-house residents. 

HTC can also provide your organization a Data Archiving and Retrieval System (DARS) which would allow your organization to permanently sunset the legacy EHR system and reduce the monthly costs the legacy system vendor will charge for ‘maintenance mode/view only capacity’.
