HTC offers experienced industry knowledgeable EHR Clinical and Financial Training and Implementation Specialists (TIS’s) to provide corporate, regional, super user and staff training during the planning, training and post Go Live support. HTC’s trainers all have extensive knowledge of the PCC EHR systems and other industry EHR software.
HTC Trainers and Implementation Specialists Tasks Include:
- Participating in a pre-implementation meeting
- Development of customized training materials, training plans, quick reference guides and all required training materials.
- Coordinating and conducting a pre-implementation remote and/or on-site visit with the facility to review the training plans, schedules and to discuss the logistics related to the training activities.
- Conducting the PCC EHR or applicable vendor training for the identified staff members.
- Providing onsite and/or remote Clinical and Financial support to the facility staff and other applicable team members.
- Documenting and communicating any EHR project related action items, issues, requests for additional training, etc., to the applicable client team members prior to exiting the project.
- Conducting a post-implementation exit meeting/call with applicable facility and client staff.
